Griddle King revamps the delicious Chinese classics and introduces Asian cuisine influences to "jianbing" - wheat crepe with egg and shallot that is freshly made to order.

A classic jianbing goes like this - a big spoon of wheat flour poured on to a round griddle to form a crepe, followed by egg and shallots giving it a savoury hint. The crepe is then flipped over on which soybean paste and Chinese chilli are brushed on, with mouthwatering toppings such as breadsticks, pork floss, cracker, ham, cheese, salad, tuna, and many others that go in.
